Pricing, availability, eligibility, installation timelines and contract terms are set by each provider and must be confirmed with that provider before you make a decision. Availability depends on your exact service address. Polaris Connect does not guarantee any provider's availability, pricing, performance or savings.

Please give accurate and current information. Recommendations depend on what you tell us, and inaccurate information may lead to unsuitable suggestions. Don't submit information you don't have the right to share, or sensitive personal data such as passwords or payment details. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes;
• submit spam, automated requests or content intended to disrupt the service;
• try to access other customers' Technology Plans, our systems or staff tools without authorization;
• attempt to manipulate, overload or reverse-engineer Polaris Intelligence.

We may limit or block use that appears abusive.

The site relies on third-party services such as hosting, AI processing, email delivery and Google Calendar. Provider names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply a partnership or endorsement unless stated.

The Polaris Connect name, logo, website content and Polaris Intelligence are owned by Polaris Connect. You may print or save your own Technology Plan for your business's internal use.

The website and Technology Plans are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Polaris Connect is not liable for decisions made based on preliminary recommendations, or for any provider's services.
